Ecommerce/eBay Buying Tips

There are two things I always do before any ecommerce purchase.

If it's going to be on eBay and over $10, I do a live search and look for the cashback symbol. I simply goto http://www.bing.com/, type in cheap wii and the first link is almost always an eBay link with the Live Search Cashback logo. As long as I purchase in the same browser screen I linked from and I see the cashback logo when I purchase and on checkout, I'm good to go. The cashback rates vary, I'm not sure why, I've seen 11% to 15%. You do have to pay with PayPal and setup a Microsoft Live account.

If it's under $10, I use my bigcrumbs link and get a rebate on my purchase. The amount varies, but it's always a little something every month. Also, if I'm making a large Best Buy or Walmart purchase, I buy online and do an in store pickup, that way I get the rebate. And pay with a cashback credit card for more savings.
